What is Natural Fitness?


Natural Fitness is an exercise program that incorporates dynamic and functional full body movements, all while paying careful attention to muscle activation, balance and alignment.



Natural fitness uses your own body weight with a series of isometric alignment poses, similar to that of yoga, to strengthen the bodies' core, as well as the smaller stabilizers, that support our larger muscle groups. We then progress to old school body weight exercises and a plethora of non-traditional items, to achieve real physical fitness.



We accomplish this by training in a series of continuous total body movements along with free motion interval training.



Our belief is that we don't live in isolation, so why train in it. Traditional fitness machines isolate your muscles and inhibit you from developing core strength and stability, by keeping your movement limited. In a short time Natural Fitness will re-teach your body to learn movements that came so naturally to us as a kid, such as running, jumping, crawling and climbing. The results are a functionally fit and lean body.



Your body's new found muscle synergy, strength and alignment will help the body to move more freely and in balance… naturally.
