What is a fitness evaluation?

A fitness evalution consists of body fat, blood pressure and basic fitness and postural testing. We test all our clients to be able to compare pre-camp to post-camp progress.

What do I bring to camp?

You will need to bring any type of exercise mat, a towel and water to prevent dehydration. Always come in layers for the cooler seasons.

Is the camp good for beginners?

Camp is good for all levels. We provide proper exercise progression for beginners to advanced fitness enthusiasts.

Will I experience muscle soreness?

Most people will feel some temporary soreness because you will be introducing your body to new functional movements that retrain your body how to move.

When can I expect to see results?

Improvement can be seen in postural awareness , functional daily activity and performance in as little as three sessions. "Visual Improvement" can be realized by the completion of your first full camp depending on your effort level. Remember, everyone is different!

What do I do in case of inclement weather?

Camp will only be cancelled if there is thunder and lightning or extremely hard rain. All efforts will be made to reschedule cancelled camp sessions within the same week. In the event that a session cannot be rescheduled, credit will be given towards your next camp. If you are unable to attend our next camp, credit will be applied to our online training program. Cancellations will be based on our personal discretion.

What if I sign up for the one or two day plan and then want to do more days of the camp?

In these situations, you will simply be pro-rated from the point you decide to join us for more days.
